Policy Analysis

We examine policies, programmes, and public systems through an equity lens: who benefits, who is left out, and what structural factors produce unequal outcomes. Our analysis goes beyond describing what a policy does to asking who it reaches and who it does not.

Research

We generate rigorous evidence on how public systems in governance distribute their outcomes across social groups. Our research makes visible the patterns that mainstream data often obscures, turning administrative data into arguments for change.

Advisory & Consulting

We work directly with governments and organisations to design, evaluate, and strengthen programmes and institutions grounded in an equity lens.
