Capacity Building for Effective MEL Thinking

We assisted a state education department in creating a five-year strategic vision. This framework centres on five pillars: access, equity, quality, governance, and industry linkages. It includes key performance indicators, budget allocations, and aligns with national and global development goals, resulting in a measurable roadmap for institutional reform.

Advisory & Consulting

We designed and delivered a two-session capacity-building engagement for the learning experience team of a multi-state education organisation. The workshops focused on strengthening how the team uses data and evidence in programme decision-making, moving from routine data collection to purposeful evidence use. Working with the organisation’s theory of change, review cadence, and existing monitoring frameworks, we helped the team connect their data practices to the outcomes they are trying to achieve. The outcome was a shift in how the team approaches evidence: not as a reporting requirement, but as a tool for learning, course correction, and programme improvement.
